Information collected

The project-request form may collect a name, phone number or email address, ZIP code, project type, preferred reply method, timing, project details, source page, and limited campaign attribution supplied in the page URL.

How information is used

La Ferre Contractors uses inquiry information to review project fit, respond to the request, communicate about the proposed work, and maintain necessary business records. Contact details and project descriptions are not sent to website measurement.

Delivery and abuse prevention

When online delivery is active, the website uses same-origin processing, spam verification, short-lived rate-limit data, hosting infrastructure, and a transactional email provider. Those providers receive only the information needed to protect and deliver the request. If the required protections are unavailable, the form remains disabled and directs visitors to call.

Retention and choices

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate the project, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, call 973-960-4685. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or a legitimate business recordkeeping need.

Site measurement

This website uses browser session storage during a visit to preserve non-personal landing-page, campaign, and estimate-button attribution for an inquiry. It also keeps one on-device weekly marker in local storage. That marker contains only the Monday start date for the current week and prevents the same browser from sending another weekly visit event during that week. Names, contact details, ZIP codes, project-description text, and a visitor identifier are not stored in either browser marker.

The website sends limited, same-origin events to its own hosting database. It stores an aggregate weekly browser-visit count by approved landing-page and service categories, plus daily conversion counts using approved event, page, button-location, service, and availability-reason categories. It does not store names, contact details, ZIP codes, project descriptions, full or referring URLs, query strings, campaign text, source addresses, persistent visitor identifiers, or form request identifiers in those measurement rows. The weekly count is a browser-based approximation: another device, private browsing, or cleared storage can count again, while blocked storage can prevent counting. A phone-button click measures intent to call, not a connected call; provider acceptance of a form request does not by itself establish delivery or a qualified lead.

Weekly visit and daily conversion aggregate rows are scheduled for deletion after approximately 400 days. Short-lived salted source fingerprints are used only to rate-limit requests, and hashed form idempotency records are scheduled for deletion after approximately 35 days. No external analytics destination or advertising tracker is currently loaded, and the website does not publish a customer-facing email address. If external analytics, call recording, or additional marketing technology is added later, this policy will be updated before that use begins.
